General rule

Senders are fully responsible for the contents, packaging, labelling, and legality of every shipment. We may refuse, hold, or report shipments that violate this policy or applicable law.
Prohibited items (non-exhaustive)
Do not tender for delivery:
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances without proper authorization, or paraphernalia.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or hazardous materials unless pre-approved in writing.
- Stolen goods, counterfeit items, or goods that infringe intellectual property.
- Cash, bearer instruments, or precious metals above declared limits without agreement.
- Live animals (except as expressly agreed), human remains, or biological hazards.
- Items that leak, smell strongly, or are improperly packaged.
- Anything that violates Canada Post, transport, or customs regulations.
Restricted items
Alcohol, cannabis (where legal), lithium batteries, dry ice, and high-value goods may require prior written approval, special labelling, insurance, and compliance documentation.
Inspection & refusal
We do not routinely open packages but may refuse pickup or delivery if a shipment appears unsafe, undeclared, or non-compliant. Law enforcement may be notified where required.
